On 17 th Sept I complained to jabong on email that incorrect order has been received by me.
Incorrect number-150916681659235-(3 items)
Correct order-150916081953927(2 items)

After lot of discussion the following situations occured-

Firstly jabong agreed to pick up the wrong order but refused to give acknowledgement for the same, saying that acknowledgement will be for the original order only because their system says so.
I refused to give the items back – if I have order A shouldn’t I get acknowledgement for order A when it is picked up from my place ?

Again after discussion -final conclusion as follows-

They say we will give confirmation that 3 items have been picked from your place( the wrong order contains 3 items) but we cannot confirm the order number on the receipt because in our system that was not originally your order. Every where on mail /SMS that only talk about the original order number that I placed – they do not want to document that incorrect order was delivered to me and further has been collected back from me.

All I want that when I am handing the product back, I should get complete acknowledgement stating the incorrect order number.

Why is that not possible?
