On 25 May 2015, I was denied boarding for flight 6E-614, scheduled to depart at 1445 hrs. I reached at 1410 hrs with web check-in and only hand luggage. I was still denied boarding. The Indigo representative (Sxxxxxxxh Mxxxxxxh) told me he would not let me go to the boarding gate and asked me to get on to the next flight. I had to pay Rs 5425 additional for the next flight. When I wrote back to Indigo customer care for refund, they incorrectly mentioned I reported at airprot at 1430 and denied any kind of refund. Upon further checking, I found out that the original flight departed at 1457 hrs in actual. That means by reporting at 1410 hrs, I had enough time to board the flight in time. I request for the extra money I had to pay to get the next flight (INR 5425).
