I have imported one consignment from Ergotron – Italy. The consignment is booked through UPS jetair Express Pvt ltd to My company name Lakshmi Automation – Coimbatore. The shipment is landed in India on 9/02/2018. While making BOE information UPS staff made clerical mistake of company name as “LAKSHMI AUTOMATIC LOOM WORKS LTD”
with GST no. of Lakshmi Automatioc Loom Works Ltd instead of my company name “LAKSHMI AUTOMATION” and GST No of Lakshmi Automation. Due to wrong BOE I have refused to receive consignment and request UPS for amendment.
In connection to this I have mailed more than 25 Emails and had more than 30 conversation with customer service.
But till now my issue not yet resolved. Herewith I am attaching parcel tracking information and Email conversation.
In tracking information UPS mentioned wrong activity information as “The Driver was unable to collect funds” Instead of “BOE Amendment”
