Inordinate delay in Motorola Moto G2

Am really feeling helpless due to delay in mobile repair by motorola company. i purchased a motorola moto g2 phone via flipkart. i had submitted my phone on 10 sep 2015 and now its 14 oct 2015. the motorola company is being irresponsible the co-ordination between the company and service center is dull. they don’t have any idea about my phone neither i got any update from the company regarding my phone. i had already called them almost 15 times and they just tell me that work order will be forwarded and they will call me on 12 oct on final complain, but i didnt get any call or update. hoping for justice regarding the delay, irresponsibility , expenses and inconvenience. receipt of mobile repair is attached below contains information about date,address of service center,iemi no. , complaint no. of motorola.
