Instagram fraud seller gadgetoworld and gadgetkiduniya

I was frauded Rs.10800 from gadgetoworld now and before it was gadgetkiduniya and has around 7000 followers. The name he mentions is MxxxxxxxH KxxxxxxR RxxxxxxE and phone no: 72xxxxxxxx9.

He said me to send 800 for booking and after that 10000 to send iphone 7 plus.He sent me first flight courier pictutes of my order ready to ship. And later after sending money of two days he blocked me on instagram and even blocled on whatsapp. He has his mobile no. Linked with paytm wallet .

And the location that was mentioned in from address of courier first flight was dhanbad. The item has still not arrived and even money. Please help me out with the issue and stop more people getting fooled like me. Learnt a big lesson in life. But please try to get my money back.
