Irresponsive and irrespectful behaviour of Lifecell

This is regarding the India’s so called largest stem cell banking service provider brand-Lifecell. They promise big things and when it comes to fulfilling them they dont even respond to customers and try to avoid them. At every step they have disappointed us with their services.
I have lost of complaints against them and the recent one is its been 3 months to my delivery. At that time they have taken cord cells, cord blood of my son and my blood sample. This happened on 6 aug 2014 then again they called on 8 august and told my blood sample is not sufficient they need that again. Here i would like to tell that the Paramedician who came for same collection was fro Lifecell only. Firstly he must be knowing how. much quantity of sample they need anyways we gave the sample second time.

Now all out of blue after 3 months of my delivery they called us and told that again they need my blood sample and when we asked the reason they were unable to provide it.  And above that they asked to go to them and give the sample and its being a month now no one turned up to collect the sample even after repeated verbal and written complaints.
