I have loaded money to Aritel Wallet on 9th Jan 2017, mPIN was not asked while loading money. But I was trying to pay may bills, it was asking for mPIN which is not share with me by Airtel. I tried to generate/reset it via online but it is not working. I have sent 3-4 mails to Airtel regarding resetting my mPIN but they not responded to my mail yet. Due to this mPIN issue, I am not able to pay my mobile bills on time.
