I have ordered one paidu watch on 15th july’15 which has been delivered to me on 21st july at my official address. when I have started using that product I found that its on working properly not telling the correct time. I came to know this on 28th july and I have immediately marked a mail to customer support team of craftsvilla.com for replacement or refund but they have replied to me that they cannot take the product back as I haven’t informed them within 3 days as per their policy. l need your help for redressal of my grievances as I haven’t use the product n I had to pay for that. what should i do with defected product.
