Today I suppose go to Chennai from VIZAG by spice jet. Even though I was in the counter before 45 min of the flight they didn’t let me in. I am very much disappointed, . I requested the authorities to let me in as the line is very short and clear. But the SpiceJet authorities threw a deaf ear. I am having my next international flight the next day.. is it not possible to send even when there is lot of time. I request you to kindly look into this matter and see that stringent action to be taken against SpiceJet authorities..
