Issues regarding Tata Docomo post paid connection

I was using a TATA Docomo SIM since two year. Real issue started when I asked to close the connection. TATA Docomo executive called me and said a hidden offer waiting for me UL calls and net-349 🙂 . I changed my plan and I received a bill of 3300 next month and I After requesting several time no one responded. Even I had asked them first give me proper bill according to your commitment then I will pay the bill, Nothing worked so They started calling my contacts and caller lists. Even They threaten them to pay also they have misbehaved my friends and relatives. I need a help from consumer forum here to let me know the process to face them. Tx
