Issues with Coolpad Dazen and customer service

I bought coolpad dazen 1 mobile phone from snapdeal in may 2016 and after 2 weeks i realized that i got totally defective battery, when i visited service center and asked for replacement of mobile phone they refused to give me new set on exchange of defective set,and they took long time for giving me new battery. after 2 months the charger got disturbed, i visited again to service center as it was too much, again i asked for replacement of set and they again refused ,they just gave me a adapter which they kept in their service center.and now after 4 and half months this phone is lagging getting hanged lots of problems, i want this whole set of mobile with accesories to be exchange without any cost as i spend so much in all this mess
