I had purchased Moto E4 plus on 18th July, 2017, but it have lots odf problem [Hanging, heating, camera not working properly, locking system not working properly (unlock instantly without pattern & finger touch) issues, then I had requested for replacement of it via Flipkart. When I got the new handset it was also have same problem. I called to customer care they told me visit to service center.
Now handset have also auto touch problem.
I had also talked with flipkart customer care they told me we can’t accept your refund request, you will have to go to service center.
I said that when I have got same phone like even after replacement, why should I go service center ? I got the phone back just like the first phone.

This is requested kindly look into this matter & provide the solution at earliest.
