I bought Nokia Lumia 730 (Dual SIM) from Croma Store, Aurangabad. On 01/03/2015. But after using it I realised that Microsoft shifted me faulty product. It has problems several like
1)GPS Problem:- It alwas shows wrong location that is accuracy is between 700 mtrs to 2.3 kms.
That is why Application who requires GPS Location (HERE Drive, HERE maps, HERE City Lens, Microsoft Health app ) Not working Properly.
2) Touch Problem:- when I used to connect Charger for charging then touch issue arises.
3) Double tap wake up feature not working properly.
For above reasons I have submitted Mob in Consumer Telecom, Aurangabad, On 08/10/2015. Jobsheet no :- 558504867/151008/015. They had just done Hard Reset and given Mob. device back to me but problem was still there. They told me that we don’t know other than this to solve this problem you can contact to Company. After that I contacted to Microsoft Customer Care Service ( Complaint No.1307813308). Customer care executive told me that submit your mob. To another care center which is 100 kms away from Aurangabad ( Nagpal Mobicare, Ahmednagar). As per discussion I gave it to Nagpal Mobicare on 10/10/2015. They didn’t given me jobsheet no. and told me that if we sent mob.to company it will take more one month and 10 days to resolve problem. After several calls to Nagpal Mobicare they just come with hopeless answer that they have electricity and WI FI connectivity issue in care center that’s why they are unable to look in to the problem. And Microsoft’s Customer care executives doing same thing every time they used to give me new complaint no. (Complaint Nos:- 1308088141, 1309031394) and from last 12 days ( As on 19/07/2015) they just request me give us 24 hours and we will solve the problem!
