Issues with Skoda Fabia, no support from company

We bought skodo fabia, a demo car and got it registered in RTA, bhopal via registration number MP04 CP 4031. Firstly they told us the lie before selling a car. they told us that its a model of 2013 but actually it was a model of 2011 which we come to know after registration in RTA. This vehicle was sold to us by a sales man MR Kxxxi. Once we got the vehicle form the very next day we got the problem of battery drainage, which we though may be due to old battery and we reported this to Skoda service centre in Bhopal who in turn adviced us to change the battery from them which we did and they charged us 7500 approx. Even after changing the battery we faced the same problem again and again which we reported the GM of skoda Bhopal to MR Uxxxh.  He took the matter and assured us that this will not happen again and give us the last chance to rectify the problem else we would recall our vehicle back and will return you the purchase price. But the problem did not resolved and when we try to reach Mr Uxxxxxxh we come to know that he left the company. Before selling of vehicle they made a lot of fake promises that we will give us vehicle with all problem solved, like closing of glass of rare window (motor was not working properly) but they till date has not rectified the same. I then esclated the matter to customer serive online who in turn forward the matter to Mr Mxxxl, who in communication with skoda dealer assure us that the same problem will never occur and they took the vehicle for rectification. But this problem is still not solved. I live in Dubai and I my parents are alone in Bhopal.  We bought the vehicle with the hope that it will run smoothly and my parents will not face any problem. But now we are fed up with this vehicle whenever there is a need this vehicle does not start and its battery get dead in just one day or two even thought it is fully charged.
We are writing you with the hope that we can get rid of this problem and we wish the car to be repurchased by the dealer as they are unable to resolve the issue even the vehicle remain in their premises for more then a month during 5 months from purchase.

    Dear Skoda,

    Yes you have resolved that issue but that was just a temporary. We are again facing the same issue of battery drainage. Can you please make a permanent solution for that. We are really fed up with this now. Skoda being a renowned brand but now we are loosing faith and hope for problem solving.

    We are continuously writing and approaching to give us the permanent solution but it seems you all are unable to help on this issue.
