I have ordered a Loreal shampoo through Ebay.in website on March 1st 2016. The Estimated delivery date was march 5th. But the seller didnt ship the item only. After tracking many times through ebay website finally the seller shipped the item on 11th march 2016. But i didnt get the item even after tracking many times. Contacted Ebay on daily basis asking for the refund of the item which i didnt receive. Contacted customer care people many times and they are telling that they are front end people and claim team will contact me. But i didnt get single call also from ebay. Gave alternate numbers also(My husbands and father in law’s numbers). Seller gave response today(5th april) telling my phone was off. My call records in vodafone shows that my phone was never off. And we were at home all the time. By giving fake and lie responses Ebay and the seller is trying to cheat/fool me. Kindly do the needful for getting my refund back to my Account. I paid through credit card.That statement shows the transaction with ebay. And my claims with Ebay is attached as screenshot along with this complaint. Paisa pay details also attached. Kindly help me.
