I have bought a electrical device through eBay shopping site on 09/11/2014 and I have paid the amount using HDFC Net Banking. But the seller failed to deliver that item to me on given date (18/11/2014). I have contacted to respective transporter through whom that device was shipped but they have told me that they had returned that device to seller due to some paper missing.
I have raised a complain on 18/11/2014 to redeliver my device or else refund my money but i did not receive any call or mail from seller site till the deadline of 5 days that is 23/11/2014 though i have contacted them several time. Always eBay customer support told me to wait for 1/2 days to get update but they never contact me and update the status till today.
It is my request to you please help me to get my money refund and take necessary action for such fake commitment and irresponsibility against the seller and shopping site.
