Items missing in Shopclues order delivery

I bought three items from the same vendor from shopclues website. In the package i did not receive one item (item 3- JBB plastic spider). I put several support tickets on the website. one out of all tickests, responds a week later and then say “the return/refund policy is for two day we can not help you”

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
