We have ordered 3 number of shirts from Jabong, which got delivered on 11th Sept 2017. However due to fitting issues we requested for a size exchange. However without even attempting to (reverse) pick up the items, Jabong had closed the exchange request on their own. As per Jabong they had tried to reach us but neither anyone came to pick up the 3 shirts nor anyone tried to contact us for the same. On 15th Sept 2017 we received an sms saying “We tried but were unable to pickup your item with request ID 48003364,48003375, 48003392. If you want us to to reattempt pickup, please give us a miss call on 08067415535.” But after speaking to Jabong call centre we came to know that the exchange request was cancelled by them. This is absolute non sense.
