JBL bluetooth headset not received from harmanaudio

I had bout JBL Charge 3 an bluetooth headset from harmanaudio.in on 10 nov 2017 and payment was made by net banking. Order no is 100023385. It was mentioned on the site that order will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the day of order placed. On 17 Nov 17 I received a mail from Harmanaudio.in stating that the order has been shiped by Dotzot and shipment tracking no is 700010189860. I wrote many emails to support[@]harmanaudio.com. On 23 Nov I received an SMS saying that the items will be delivered in 2-3 days. Today I called Dotzot customer care. They told me that the shipment was not even booked by the the Harmanaudio. Now I am worried that when will I get my order or even if I will get at all. Please help
