I had booked my tickets to return to India from Berlin through Jet Airways. Since jet airways has tie up with Air berlin, my first flight from berlin to abu Dabhi was air berlin . Flight Number was 9W6254. I had connecting flights from Abu dabhi to mumbai and from mumbai to kolkata through Jet airways. My flight from berlin was on 12th september at 11:30 am for abu dabhi. When i reached airport i came to know my flight is cancelled and i had no prior information about the cancellation although my email id and contact number was provided. When i called the jet airways people they told that i will have to wait for 10 days to get my rescheduled tickets and my visa was expiring on 12th september itself. I had to shout on the jet airways people to reschedule my tickets with a proper explaination that my visa is expiring. It took me 2 hours to convince the jet airways people to reschedule my flight. finally they agreed and everything got rescheduled but the thing is why i wont be informed prior regarding the cancellation of my flight. Its was an utter irresponsibility on part of jet airways and due to their fault i had to face a lot of problem. I want to claim for a compensation for the harassment i went through. I had to attend an important event in Kolkata on 13th september but for Jet Airways i couldnt do that. Even after rescheduling i had to face problem with my luggage in Delhi airport. My experience with Jet airways was ridiculous. I am attaching my flight ticket along with this complaint
