On 16th May, 2015 I have placed an order (order no #30367, order reference no KYUUHNNEG with order value of 2362.50 Rs.) from Jewelsouk.com. The payment was done by PayTM. As soon as the transaction was over, PayTM showed a successful status & Jewelsouk also showed “Payment Accepted” status. On 30th May I got a callback from Jewelsouk.com saying that the product is not available & they will process my refund within 7-10 business days. However when I mailed them after 10 business days they told they have not received any money from PayTM in their account & hence they can not refund. Since then I am following up with them & they are not showing any interest.

In case PayTM has not settled transaction with Jewelsouk.Com-why Jewelsouk showed a message “Payment Accepted (I have screenshot)?
