I have recharged 303 in my jio number 9xxxxxxxxxx1 on 7th april 2017 at approx 7.30 pm from reliance digital life store. I have paid the said amount to the guy who recharged my no. He told me that my recharge was successfully done. But at that time I haven’t received any sms regarding recharge…Then i made contact with jio customer care…They told me that there was not any recharge is done in my number….They told me to collect the transaction ID from the retailer. Next day I went to the store and collected by transaction ID which is BR000042RNRD. Then i made a complain in customer care on 09.04.2017…. Complaint id is SR000000809ZB….they told me to wait for 24 to 48 hrs & the problem will be resolved. Today 11th april i contact with them and now they said that your transaction is successfully done. But the money hasn’t been transferred yet from the bank to jio account. Then they told me to go to the jio office…I again went today….They also talked with jio customer representative ….. Customer executive told him the same….Now they said that from tomorrow the new offer will be available….They told me to do another recharge by 309….I asked them is my previous paid 303 refundable…They said there is no sureity…Please help me..And solve this problem.
