I have ported my mobile number 9xxxxxxxxx3 to jio on 05 October 2017 with 498 recharge then i got unlimited plan till 28 December 2017 validity. Now today on 14 October 2017 I have also Recharged with 399 to avail diwali dhan offer for three months.
After recharge i have activated that offer today before my previous plan ends. Because there was confusion so i did mistake. Now my previous plan is override and getting till 6 January 2018 validity.
I have talked to jio customer care but now they are not ready to give me validity till March 2018. I have requested to many times but they are not ready to give refund or increase validity.
Please look in this matter.
