JIO not completing Port out to Airtel

I have Forwarded a PORT OUT REQUEST FROM JIO ( PREPAID ) to AIRTEL ( PREPAID ) on 01 OCTOBER 2018, But till 06 October 2018 my Mobile No.NOT PORT OUT FROM JIO. When I contacted JIO CUSTOMER CARE they told me that No Any Information about it . whenever I got a Message that my Mobile No.Port in on 05 OCTOBER 2018. Please solve this issue.
