JIO recharge not effected from PhonePe App

On 11th October 2017 at around 6:30 PM i recahrged my jio number with the phone pe app and have not received any recharge till now even after 42 hours. Money was deducted immediately after the process. despite of my complaint for the same in the app I’ve not received any response from them towards the transaction ID was “NX171011182755675”. Hope you will soon take action against this issue and will help me get my refund as well as for the inconveniences that I’ve gone through in the last 42 hours .
