On 3rd Dec 2016, I bought Jiofi Dongle device from Reliance xPress store in Vidyaranyapura. The cost of the device Rs.1999- was paid in full. After activating the Jio sim provided to me, I started to use the device for Internet from 4th Dec 2016 and I faced slow internet connection. The speed of the internet was less than 1 kbps. I called the customer care and I was asked to wait for 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. After 48 hours, also the issue was not resolved. I also mailed to care[@]jio.com and again I was asked to wait for 48 hours.

This process of me complaining to them over the call and email has continued till 23rd Dec 2016. During all this time, the internet connection has not improved and I was always asked to wait for 48 hours. On 23rd Dec 2016, I complained on the Jio page in Facebook. I was asked to visit service center to check the device on 24th Dec.

I visited the Jio service center on 26th Dec. They reset the device and it worked fine for 1 day. Since 27th Dec, the device has stopped working completely. When I complained to the Jio via FB or messenger, they are not responding to my queries. I have restarted the device but issue persists.

I am fed up with their service. I am mentally disturbed. When I asked for the refund of the device, they have informed me that as per Jio Terms and Condition, product once sold will not be refunded.

As I am not sure what is the next step, I am approaching this forum hoping for a permanent solution.
