I had purchased Karbon Mobile S9. After 6 months, it was not getting ON. I contacted one authorised Karbonn service provider Shiva Telecom Near Navarang Theatre, Bangalore. He suggested battery is the problem . just change the battery, it would be OK, instead of Buying, I tried with other Battery of My Friend mobile. Battery was fine. then he told he cannot check. Taken and handed over the Phone for service, which was under warranty to some other Service person. ie., United Telelinks in SP Road, Banglore. Even after ONE month he is not giving back saying it is in Head office. still not repaired and do not know, when will be back. His Phones are also off/ not attended.
I called Karbon Customer care. they say they have no idea and not traceable even though phone is taken thru computerised acknoledgement system.
I am in dilemma what the hell business these people does and paining people unnecessarily like this .. Too abnormal.
