Actually in my karbonn titanium s5 ultra have lcd spot problem, which i was purchaged in 6-nov-2014, i gave my mobile to service centre in ghaziabad on 1-sep-2015, because i purchaged it from noida khora. service centre is in hans plaza with name chauhan communication. since 1-sep there is no service provided by them only said part pending we already mailed but no responce and said call in customer care but the same reaponce given by customer care wait for 5 days. and service centre mam said actually that was not a serios problem you waste your time. so i said my mobile is in warrenty if any problem occur so your responciblity to take it and solve it not to give suggetion what should i do.my job sheet number: kjaspup328915kr20021. laat time today i also called in service centre and warne to claim in consumer court to mr dxxxxk in service centre said ok you can proceed because he already talk with rsm after insisting me.
