I booked my ticket from amrawati to Nanded on 22-June-15, birth no. Is upper 14 and PNR no is -42838242.

When I enetered toward my birth I felt that it is wet once I was one my birth it got smelled as somebody did pee there before sometime at the same time travel started for Nanded. I told same to the cleaner(Drivers Helper) he didn’t answered properly. I told him any the issue he said it was water, I explained him that it is smelling like pee u can come and check, soon driver started to make a fun of it, they didn’t answer about my problem. They don’t know how to talk with passengers or I can say Khurana travels not trained them how to talk. After paying amount of Ticket I have to travel in this bus by standing, as I have no choice. I have to reach nanded at any cost.
(Small suggestion)
Request you to please do some changes in law and tell them to start 24 hrs online customer service as they do business for 24.hrs

And I will prefer MSRTC instead of khurana if I have no choice.
