Kotak Bank not delivering debit card

I ordered my 811 debit card on 19th june via the 811 kotak app, today is 29th and my card has not yet been delivered on my given address. today when i called kotak customer service they gave me my tracking id which i had not recieved before. when i check on blue darts website they say that my parcel has been delivered to someone else. i call there customer service they inform me that it has been delivered on 22nd june to my bank branch at narendrapur and has been recieved by someone called sxxxi bxxxxxxxxxxxe at 3.20 pm. i want to know that why has’nt the branch contacted me till now and told me that they have my debit card. what kind of service is this? and why has my card not delivered to my address and went to my nearest branch. the person concerned sxxxxi bxxxxxxxxxe has why not informed me and has kept my confidential details with her till now for a week. for what reasons? why has not kotak informed about all these at the same time.
