Kritika car transport not delivering tractor

Delay in delivery and not responding to mail and phone. I have booked a tractor with kritika car transport in Gurugram on 25-03-2018 from new delhi to sasaram in Bihar. It has been already crossed two deadline of delivery and now he is not responding to mail and phone. Please guide me. Transporter name: Kritika car transport
