KSRTC bus fails to stop for pre-booked passenger, no customer support

I have booked a online at KSRTC, busticket from DINDIGUL to MYSORE on 26-10-2015 for 27 -10-2015 evening bus. As per the information received through my mobile I was waiting at the designated stop 2 hours before. I called the KSRTC crew and informed that I am waiting at the stop. The bus sighted 20 to 25 minutes late and I was trying to stop the bus, the bus went fast without stopping. I kept calling the given number the person didnt pickup/ answer my call, after 20 minutes he attended my call and said the bus was already passed that particular place and I can jion them a t KARUR. With much difficulty I reached I reached KARUR. The person never answered my call. In between I called him and informed him that I am reaching KARUR. The person really cheated and even while communicating he was harsh. I am 55 years old and injured person in an accident a few years. Such people should be punished.
