In february 2016 i purchased a LeEco s1 mobile phone through flipkart and within three months it developed problem with audio. I gave the phone to the local authorized service centre of Le Eco
on 2nd june. Though the company assured me that the phone will be replaced being under the warranty period till date no action has been taken to resolve my complaint in spite of repeated phone calls to their customer care department.
