Le Eco charger not repaired by Touch, Chandigarh

Charger was not working, it was under warranty. it was submitted to le eco service center (Touch, Chandigarh 160017), we had been ensured that OK charger will be available to pickup within 20 days ( date of charger submission 31-july-2017). but still we have not recieved the charger .Nobody have attended phone. We have visited three times there and have wasted a fuel of Rs 1500/- and time separately of aroiund 6 hours ( worth Rs3000) ,Please do the needful at the earliest.Service Job Sheet is attached.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
