I purchased lenovo vibe x2 mobile through flipkart for Rs. 20000/-. after using this mobile for 7 months, i observed that receiver speaker sound become very low. for this problem i went to lenovo authorized service center (hcl – begumpet) on 20/july/2015. from that day i went to that service center around 20 times.

1st time they replace receiver speaker, but the problem was not resolved and observed physical damage also to the back cover. so i return the mobile to them for servicing.

in 2nd visit the physical damage not rectified and additionally new problem observed (both the sim cards not receiving signals). they said it was a mother board problem, it takes long time to rectify. so again i kept mobile came back.

after one month they called me to collect my mobile. this time physical damage not rectified, phone is working . for physical damage they said back cover has to came from lenovo, once it receives they will call me.

the next day i observed my phone is hanging. again i submitted my phone in the service center. like that i have submitted my phone in several times for repair. but still (from 4 months)my phone is in the service center only.

In this period of 4 months i missed to use my mobile features (camera, 4g net & video calling etc,…) in may occasions.

Regarding this i mailed & called to lenovo customer care for refund of the mobile price. but i did’t get any use-full reply from them. like that they pass on the time up to warranty expiry.

from the yesterday (13/11/2015) warranty was also expired. until now i was wasted lot of time by running behind the lenovo service center. now i don’t want to wast my money also for this mobile. and i have checked the spare parts prices, all are 60-70% of the mobile cost.

i have seen so many of the people facing this kind of problems in lenovo service center. so i am not interested any more on lenovo.

so please find attached documents (invoice & job sheets) and do the needful for refund amount.
