LG microwave service not provided under Happy Living Plan

I am an owner of LG Microwave oven model number MC2844EB Serial number 107AMKR012933. A comprehensive contract was drawn (Happy Living Plan HLP No. LF017519). Period being from 15th August 2012 to 14th August 2016.

Till date the unit would regularly fail and the service engineer would rectify the same. In the current scenario the unit is not working since 28th August 2015. RNA No. 150828080368. Our repeated calls to the service center 9619771438 has only assured that the defects would be rectified shortly. Engineers visit and return back without carrying out the repairs. No intimation is given regarding when the problem will be rectified.
