Loss of parcel sent through Speed Post

A speed post via India Post was sent on 06.04.2017 consignment number EC018359006IN from Akaltara (Janjgir Champa, Chhattisgarh, 495552) to Bhilai (Durg,Chhattisgarh, 490006) but yet not delivered.

While tracking online no update found after 06.04.2017. The Head Post Master, India Post, Branch Akaltara, when inquired could not able to tell about the parcel.

A written complaint has been give in Akaltara Branch on 17.04.2017, Complaint Number 49500005953, regarding non delivery but yet no action have been taken from Head Post Master.

All the documents in the parcel are medical related and are original copies. The documents work me Rs. 45,000.00
