I had a recharge amount of INR 50/- on my following Reliance gsm no. on 12 July 2015. I keep my SIM out of mobile phone because there are no extra mobile. Thereafter, I purchase a new mobile and I inserted it I found there are no balance. So I did contact to Reliance customer care many times but there are no reply and no response against my problem. Please guide me or do the needful.
