I have registered with Mobikwik and transferred 846 rupees to mobikwik wallet with Txn Ref:14368790630668 on 14th July to pay my mobile bill. I tried paying the bill using the wallet money, i was shown success message and money was deducted from the wallet. However, my mobile bill is not paid till 18th 7pm, to avoid disconnection of mobile services. I had to pay the bill again through diff medium.

I have raised two tickets 3033787 on 15th, 3049196 on 17th. both were closed with out resolving the issue. Now my access to the website has been revoked. I am unable to login to the website even to raise the ticket.
