Lost mobile in Uber cab, no support from Uber

I have take a trip in uber on 26.11.2017 i forgot to take my phone from the dashboard afterwards i tried several times to call but the driver didnot pick the phone.i have complain to uber for this matter and asking him for cab details but they are saying it is our privacy policy we cant provide i said that we have seen driver is switching off the phone but they said that once the trip ends uber has no responcebility for things you left in the cab.
Like suppose i going to somewhere and by mistakely the driver or by me ends the trip then the driver can do anything with the passenger and you cannot ask for cab details this is such good thing uber have. I know that uber will not help me out for this but still i am writing to forum that you should take some action on this.
