Lost my money on Instagram due to a fraud seller

I have ordered iPhone 7+ from a seller from Instagram name trustediphoneseller I got from him because he was selling in cheap price he told me to pay advance I paid him n he immediately blocked me on instagram his paytm no is 8xxxxxxx1 and his call no too bt he had off his incoming plzz help me as he has cheated many more customers.
