Luggage missing in transit by GATI courier

Sir i parceled 6 thing ( 5 bags and 1 bike ) through gati courier service from madurai to ahmedabad on 3rd october . they told me they will deliver it within 4 days but they delivered after 6 days and also that time bike was missing they told me they will deliver the bike in next 2 days ,but it has been more than 8 days still no response from their side they are not giving me proper answer when i am calling in customer care service.
