Lumia 630 not received from Amazon

I have placed order for Nokia Lumia 630 on 17th October 2015 in Amzone and paid Rs.5085.00 using my credit card. I still did not received any e-mail or notification from Amazone about when it will be delivered or shipped to my address. I have tried to contact Amzone customer care and they only give assurance and excuse for this delay but did not provide any solution. This is not accepted when I have already paid for the item.
