I had purchased this microsoft lumia 535 in january and started facing problems related to touch in july. I went to the nearest service centre with poor customer service. First they said thats its a problem related to software update n gave me my cell after updating software. Bt i felt that i was cheated as i knw that there is no relation in touch and software related issues. After visiting 4-5 timea finally i got my touch pad replaced. It has been jst 1 month after replacement and again this touch is giving same problem as it used to give before. Has my cell’s touch pad been replaced in reality or again i have been fooled by microsoft.
