I had travelled to Surat on 6th, July and booked room for three person via MakeMyTrip for Rs.3000 but I have received wrong invoice and I have been following with them since 6th July.
I have spoken to many executives of MakeMyTrip and told me that Ms.Jxxxi has been following my case. I also have dropped so many mail to them but no response from them. everytime when I called up ,been told to me that would update you ..more I had to wait more then half an hour on toll free no just to speak and get update about my case
As per new company law, MakeMyTrip has to provide me invoice with my company name and GST no which they have committed me to provide , but as in date not provided toe.
Kindly intervention and help me to get my correct inovice.
