I have received a printed notice for mandatory checking of gas oven by our distributor RUDRA INDANE GRAMIN Vitrak, P.o & Village Matiari, District Nadia, P.s Kaliganj, W.B 741153. In reference to the matter i wish to know, is it authorized by legal authority? As the distributor shows the d. O. No. P-39014/1/86 mkt dt.14.08.1988 u/s 4.13.3 in the notice. For the service they chargeRs 150/-+18% GST=177/- (Paid Money, Without Any GST Online Receipt…)

I too have received such notice from H P gas today. Know not what to do as this is the first time ever I received such notice!!
I have also served a similar letter by SERAMPORE INDANE. But here they have claimed Rs.236/- which includes Rs.200/- (‘GOI approved rate’ as they have written) along with 18% GST. I would also like to know the matter.
I have received a similar mandatory form from our distributor “PERFECT INDANE” Kolkata-700124, where they have demand Rs. 236/- for mandatory inspection charges. I would like tom know the ACTUAL fact why I bearing the inspection charges.
