Since the day I bought YUREKA, I have been facing many bugs and problems with the device. I might have sent around 3-4 different complaints by now and 30-40 mails by now to the customer support. They don’t pay attention to the problem and ask for money for their faulty product even in waranty period.
The device has not been through proper testing.

I want to file an official complaint on grounds of harassing the customer by giving a faulty product which do not comply to the quality assured and then not giving proper support for it.

I want the device replaced or my cash back along with some remuneration amount for getting on my nerves and having to go through so much of trouble because of the device.

I cannot receive phones as nothing appears on the screen and my balance goes off as I have to call everyone to ask what they has called for. If I don’t then no one will be ever able to contact me. So what is the point of keeping a phone with me?
