Rohan Motors, Mohan Co-operative area gave delivery of Celerio, Zxi AMT (O), without height adjustable driver side seat, Alloy wheels, Security System and fog lights. We had written multiple mails, before taking the delivery of the vehicle, Maruti was in copy to these mails. Neither Rohan Motors or Maruti disputed our claim that the car being supplied was not as per specification. We refused to take delivery of the car for 5 days, thereafter, as my mother was was without any vehicle because of the 15 year ruling, and the assurance from Rohan motors that they were following our case with Maruti, we finally took the delivery of the car.
Post the delivery of the car we received a revised brochure on WhattsApp. As per the revised brochure, the the missing parts specified above, were no longer in the specification list for the said car model. We also now for the first time received a mail from Maruti, disputing our request to supply the missing parts.
Both, Rohan Motors and Maruti, did not reply or dispute our claim. They responded in the negative only after we took the delivery of the car.
The brochure specification made available to us by Rohan motors, which was also a second revision brochure to a one given earlier, stood valid with respect to the car specifications, against which we had given full payment, till the time of delivery of the car. The said events took place within a duration of 15 days ( 27th Dec 2015 to 11th Jan 2016). In 15 days we were issued 3 different car specifications, two before the delivery of the car and one after the delivery of the car.
Rohan Motors must retrofit the missing parts or take back the vehicle. Additionally Rohan Motors must compensate us for the harassment and their successful attempt to pass on to us short delivery, w.r.t agreed car specifications.
