I had purchased a cellphone (Mi4i) from the manufacturer Mi through their website http://www.mi.com/in.
Order No.: 5150915148000699. Order Placed on : 15th September, 2015 (02:22 am)
The order was then shipped through FedEx with the following Tracking ID: 781329163199 and it can be tracked on the following web address: www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/. The shipment was lying on FedEx facility from 16th September to 23rd September and despite my several attempts of contacting Mi India for delivering me at the earliest, it was unsuccessful and hence i cancelled the order on 23rd September by contacting chat support and phone support of Mi India. The Mi representative assured me that I’ll get the refund in 3-4 days. After that I contacted them again through various chats, emails and phone and they have not been able to confirm when will i get the refund.
I feel like being cheated and I don’t see any hope of getting my refund from them based on their responses. And after speaking to their customer service representatives I feel more frustrated and mentally and financially harassed.
Please help me out by getting me my refund and also compensation for my time, money and other resources wasted on them and also for the trauma that I have been undergoing since placing the order first and then cancelling the order.
Mi India operation should be banned or they should be heavily fined for inappropriate customer service. Looking forward for your positive response.
