I would like to draw your attention that I brought a Micromax A114 Canvas 2.2 white mobile from snapdeal.com, invoice no. S00/953/14-15/2455, Invoice Date: 20.01.2015. Some few month late I face some critical (on outgoing audio in head phone and poor loudespeaker problem in my Micromax A114 Canvas 2.2 white mobile.

My mobile have one year warranty so I going to Micromax Service Center Malda, M/S Intect Solution, 38/35, Rabindra Avenue, Malda, West Bengal, Pin-732101. They examine my mobile and identify the problem and mention it on Jobsheet They assured me that the problem be cure within 7 days. After 7 days they told me the problem would not solve at Malda, so they send my mobile to Kolkata Service Center. The y did not returned my mobile till date and told me that the mobile is damage.

So, I request you to register a complain against Micromax authorize service center, Micromax authorize service center, malda. M/S Intect Solution 38/35, Robindra Avenue, Malda, West Bengal, Pin-732101, and solve my problem to cure mental agony. I have purchased micromax canvas 2.2 A114 through snapdeal in the month of April 15 & thereafter The same phone has breakdown on 27.6.2015 & accordingly i have submitted the mobile S center &returned to me on 3rd week of July &again the Mobile is created problem & submit the S.Cent on 20.7.15 but till date my device is not return, hence pl refud my amount or replace new mobile set
